It's really important for Bord Bia to be here, at the Dairy Innovation Strategies Conference in Amsterdam, because I believe there's a new era in European dairy at hand we've come from era of growth to an era of stabilisation, and those companies who confess to innovate will really start to drive demand with customers and consumers.

I'm here to understand what's happening with the wider European industry. And that, with some Irish dairy company representatives that to try to take those learnings back and applied them in our industry.
